At Drybar, we don’t just hire stylists — we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching.

Earn $21–$30+/hr (guaranteed hourly pay + tips + commissions — no earning ceiling!) Flexible, set schedules Paid training in blowouts, braids, updos & extensions Ongoing education and skill development with monthly hands-on classes led by our full-time educator Commission opportunities on retail, add-ons, extensions & memberships Growth opportunities in education & management

We’re Looking For Stylists Who:

  • Passionate about learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques
  • Provide exceptional client experiences

  • Bring positive energy and professionalism

A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.

✨ Cosmetology students with 800+ hours are encouraged to apply!
