Conejo, a new Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting line cook wages of $17-$20/hour.

Responsibilities include:

• learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques
• adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
• cross training in all stations - tortilla, salad, plancha, sauté, and grill
• assisting with inventory management
• assisting with prep and dishwashing when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Safe, competent knife skills
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
• Experience with Mexican cooking a plus
