Local Retail Remodel Laborer

SPAR is hiring dependable, hardworking local team members to support retail reset/remodel projects at stores in your area.

Shift Schedule

Day Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You'll Do

Planogram experience and ability to merchandise product
Perform physical construction and reset work in retail stores
Install and modify steel pallet racking and retail shelving systems
Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
Update signage and shelf conditions
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications

Ability to work daytime shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable climbing ladders and working up to 16 feet off the ground when required
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience using basic hand tools
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable transportation to the local job site
Valid driver's license preferred
Personal cell phone and valid email address required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Appropriate work boots/footwear required (closed toe shoes) on the job site
