Because a therapist owns this company, growth, benefits, and flexibility are built on purpose. Full-time staff pay nothing toward the premium on medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life. Eligible staff build their 40 hours around the life they already have, including a four-day workweek option. New team members get a discipline-specific mentor week to week, and clinical training runs from new graduate to independent expert, so the specialty you want is something you grow into here instead of leaving for. That is part of why our team members stay 5, 8, and 10 years and still find room to grow. “Marshall Pediatric Therapy is an incredible place to work and I plan to be here for many many years. The management and onboarding from day one is positive, uplifting, and geared for your benefit. I firmly believe that everyone in this company wants to see me succeed.” Therapist, Lexington We are family-owned, built on a belief that you cannot care for a child without caring for the whole family around them. It takes a village, and for more than 2,000 families across Central Kentucky, Marshall has become part of that village. Pam Marshall, OTR/L, founded the practice and owns and runs it with her husband, Jim. We work by five values, love, excellence, happiness, family, and courage, and you feel them in how we treat each other and our families.  What the work looks like You’ll evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses. You’ll work under one roof with physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, psychology, and ABA. When a child’s needs are complex, you have a whole team to collaborate with, co-treat, share goals, and problem-solve cases together. Parents are encouraged to be part of the session, and home carryover is part of every plan. When you join Marshall, our admin and billing teams handle the referrals and scheduling for you, so you have more time for direct patient care and for your own professional growth. Whether you’re years into your career or just out of school, you’ll have room to grow and a clear path forward. One of our team members said it simply: “There is a great mentorship program that is extremely helpful for new grads.”  A look at the benefits, most of them 100 percent employer-paid for full-time staff: • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life, direct primary care with no copays, and professional liability insurance • Up to 184 hours of PTO and holiday pay a year, growing with tenure, including a full week off at Christmas • Flexible scheduling, including a 4-day workweek option • AI-assisted documentation support • 401(k) and Roth with up to a 4% company match, annual merit raises, and monetary or earn-back PTO bonuses • CEU support up to $1,000 a year in reimbursement, up to 16 hours of CEU PTO, and in-house learning continuums • Up to 40 paid hours a year to serve on a volunteer Mission trip • EKU tuition discount through the EKU Advantage Program • Opportunities to grow into our Intensive Therapy program  You’re a good fit if: • You hold current Kentucky OT licensure and NBCOT certification • You hold current CPR and First Aid certification • You like collaborating across disciplines • You take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow • You communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation • You have experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus  We hire intentionally, because fit matters more than filling a seat.
