Conejo, Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time prep cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting prep cook wages of $16-$22/hour.

Responsibilities include:

• learning all recipes and prepping techniques
• opening kitchen and completing prep list for next shift
• adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
• assisting with inventory management when needed
• assisting with dishwashing when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
• Safe, competent knife skills
• Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
• Experience with Mexican cooking a plus
