Job Title: Administrator, Billing & Rating

Job Summary:

TFF is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Billing & Rating Administrator. The candidate assists with daily deliveries of goods and creates various billing reports. 

Job Responsibilities: 

•    Oversees intercompany delivery of goods for employees to do their respective jobs.
•    Enters data and retrieves information from various sources for billing reports and mailroom tracking.
•    Conducts research and analysis, and solves customer related problems.
•    Responds to internal customer inquiries as needed.
•    Performs various administrative tasks .

Job Requirements: 

•    U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S
•    Employer will not sponsor visas for position
•    Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
•    Previous data entry experience
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Detail oriented
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
