Fulfillment Associate

RUW House Retail Group is hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our Richmond distribution operations. This is a full-time warehouse position supporting order processing, inventory flow, and shipping activities. We are seeking dependable candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong accuracy standards. Pay range: $21–$23/hour.

Duties

• Pick and pack customer orders
• Prepare outbound shipments
• Receive and organize inventory
• Maintain warehouse accuracy
• Follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attendance record required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with standing tasks
• Basic computer skills required

Additional Qualifications

• Background check required
• Forklift experience is a plus
