This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in keeping communities running smoothly, and delivers excellent customer service. Position Details Full‑time: Monday–Friday On‑call rotation required and availability for overtime during emergencies including snow preparation and removal. What You’ll Do Complete resident work orders promptly, professionally, and safely Assist with apartment turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs Maintain common areas, grounds, and exterior amenities Support upkeep of a clean, safe, welcoming community environment Coordinate daily with the on‑site manager and communicate effectively with residents Respond to emergency calls as scheduled Maintain maintenance shop organization and comply with all safety policies Why You’ll Love Working Here Supportive team environment Quarterly + annual incentive bonus structure Competitive pay and full benefits package (Including free medical & dental!) QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For 6+ months of apartment or general maintenance experience (or related field Knowledge of basic safety procedures and maintenance trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting) Strong customer service skills with a service-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and follow instructions High integrity, reliability, and professionalism Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, lifting 50+ lbs., and using tools/equipment safely Ability to promote positive relationships and trust with residents, co-workers, and company staff Always displays a friendly and courteous attitude toward residents and team members Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Detail-oriented with strong time management skills High school diploma or equivalent Successful completion of physical, drug, and background screenings Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to rotate on-call shifts and work overtime for emergencies or snow preparation and removal HVAC certification a bonus, but not required
