Position Title: Material Coordinator
Position Overview:
This role supports SCRIF production, integration, and logistics operations by coordinating materials, parts, components, and equipment required to execute assigned C5ISR projects. Maintains material accountability and visibility and coordinates with logistics, procurement, engineering, production, shipping/receiving, and supply personnel to support project schedules.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate material requirements supporting SCRIF production, fabrication, integration, and project activities.
- Track materials, parts, components, and equipment through receipt, storage, staging, issue, transfer, and disposition activities.
- Maintain accurate material, inventory, and accountability records.
- Monitor material availability against production schedules and project priorities.
- Identify shortages, discrepancies, damaged material, or other conditions that may affect project execution.
- Coordinate material status with logistics, procurement, engineering, production, shipping/receiving, and supply personnel.
- Support material staging, kitting, movement, issue, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant logistics/material-control education or training is desirable.
- 1 year of relevant experience in material coordination, warehouse operations, inventory control, production support, logistics, or a related function.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate material status across multiple functional teams.
- Ability to maintain the required Secret DoD security clearance.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active Secret DoD security clearance
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant logistics/material-control education or training is desirable.
