About the Role:

CQI Home Inspections in Hollywood, MD is looking for a motivated Septic Inspector and Installer Helper to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to build a rewarding career in the home inspection and septic services industry alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assist with septic system inspections, installations, and evaluations on residential properties
Support lead inspectors in locating, uncovering, and assessing septic tanks and drain fields
Help prepare and maintain job sites, tools, and equipment before and after inspections
Assist with documentation and reporting of septic system findings
Operate hand and power tools safely during installation and inspection tasks
Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients on-site
Follow all safety protocols and local health department regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in septic systems, plumbing, excavation, or general labor preferred
Ability to perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
Willingness to learn septic inspection and installation techniques
Basic knowledge of Maryland septic regulations is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
