MTSI is currently seeking a results-driven Research Analyst to join our dynamic, cross-functional agile scrum team, focusing on research and analysis of Radio Frequency (RF) systems. This program provides critical current and future capabilities for US and International military platforms. The candidate will be be located at NAS China Lake, Ridgecrest, California. This is on-site position and not authorized for telework. Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
- In-depth research and synthesizing engineering conclusions into detailed reports and documentation.
- Experience developing and maintaining engineering documentation is required.
- Ability to compile information from diverse sources to formulate comprehensive solutions.
- Manage information within databases and/or Excel and ensure data quality by addressing inconsistencies, errors, missing values, and outliers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Expertise in technical documentation and configuration management, ensuring high-quality outcomes in engineering processes.
- Oversee and answer technical inquiries.
- Proven leadership in managing complex projects and enhancing efficiency.
- Validation of requirements and review of data packages for compliance.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and five (5) years of recent and relevant experience to include but not limited program management, technical or business analysis disciplines.
- Location: All billets will be On-Site, sitting in the Program Office spaces.
- Clearance Required: Secret with the ability to obtain a Top Secret and SCI clearance
- Travel: Quarterly
Work Location: Naval Air Station China Lake, Ridgecrest California
Compensation: The pay range for this position in California is $112,000/year to $140,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
