Position Summary:

Provides support to our Beverage Server and Bartender Teams. Keeping bars stocked with supplies; including beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and paper products in accordance with departmental procedures to ensure our teams can provide world class guest service. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promotes superior guest service.
  • Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
  • Interacting with our guests to ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Stocking service wells and bars with all supplies in accordance to departmental procedures
  • Replenishing and refilling garnish trays and ice bins as needed.
  • Continuously restocking, collecting, washing, and returning glassware to appropriate destinations.
  • Consistently applies knowledge of state liquor laws including proper identification procedures, monitoring levels of intoxication, intervention strategies, refusal of service, and shutoff procedures.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
  • A successful candidate must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be dependable, flexible, and available to work any shift, especially nights and weekends.
  • This is a standing position, and includes bending and lifting, you must be able to do this job effectively for an 8-hour shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
  • Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
