A Brief Overview

We’re looking for an organized, detail‑driven MRO & PM Coordinator to support our maintenance team by managing preventive maintenance schedules, maintaining accurate MRO inventory, and ensuring equipment uptime in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
• Create, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS
• Manage MRO storeroom inventory, min/max levels, and cycle counts
• Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors
• Track PM compliance, maintenance KPIs, and equipment history
• Support maintenance supervisors with planning and scheduling
• Ensure documentation accuracy for audits and compliance

Education Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Required) or 
• Related field of Study (Preferred) 
• OSHA , SMRP, CMMS certification (Preferred)

Experience Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in manufacturing, maintenance planning or MRO inventory. (Preferred)
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Working knowledge of mechanical/electrical components
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) 

Skills and Abilities

• Strong CMMS proficiency:
• Creating PM schedules
• Closing work orders
• Tracking downtime
• Maintaining asset records
• Ability to read:
• Equipment manuals
• Technical specifications
• Maintenance procedures
• Understanding of spare parts categories:
• Bearings, belts, motors, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics
• Basic understanding of root cause analysis and maintenance workflows
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data tracking)

3. Inventory & Purchasing Requirements

• Manage MRO storeroom inventory
• Maintain minimum/maximum levels for critical spares
• Create and track purchase requisitions and POs
• Vendor communication and follow‑up
• Cycle counts and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with budget and procurement policies

4. Preventive Maintenance Responsibilities

• Build and maintain PM schedules for all assets
• Ensure PM tasks are completed on time
• Update PM frequencies based on equipment performance
• Track technician labor hours and parts usage
