Hotel/Motel Room Attendant - Ridgefield CT

Key Responsibilities:

Room Cleaning: Strip beds, change linens, make beds, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all surfaces.

Sanitation: Disinfect high-touch areas like doorknobs and remote controls; scrub and sanitize showers, tubs, and toilets.

Restocking: Refill bathroom toiletries, replace towels, and restock coffee or room amenities.

Maintenance Reporting: Notify the maintenance team of broken lights, leaky faucets, or damaged furniture.

Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely and fulfill requests for extra items like pillows or towels.

Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long hours, bend, push heavy carts, and lift up to 25–50 pounds.

Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness and hygiene.

Time Management: Ability to finish assigned rooms quickly during check-out windows.

Experience: Prior cleaning or hospitality experience is helpful but often not required.
