Position Summary:

Responsible for oversight and management of the VIP Lounge; including but not limited to, admission to the lounge, food quality and presentation, and ensuring the cleanliness of the lounge area.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

• Monitors the entrance to the VIP Lounge to ensure access is tracked.

• Ensures the quality of the room and reports issues.

• Provides guidance and feedback on the menu in the VIP Lounge to the Casino Marketing Manager.

• Entertains guests in the VIP Lounge while building relationships in the area.

• Works in collaboration with the Food and Beverage department to provide excellent service in the VIP Lounge guests and maintain the integrity of the room in regard to access.

• Has the ability to extend complementary service in accordance with approved comp matrix.

• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

• One (1) year of customer service experience.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

• Excellent communication conflict resolution skills.

• Must be able to stand during entire shift with frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.

• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food and Beverage experience.
