Crew Leader – Equipment Operator / Driver
Pay: $27–$33/hour + Overtime

About the Role
We’re growing fast and looking for a Crew Leader to help run striping operations across commercial parking lots in Southwest Connecticut.
This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll operate equipment, drive a company truck, and lead a small crew to deliver high-quality work on active job sites.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a small crew on job sitesÂ
- Operate striping and maintenance equipmentÂ
- Drive and maintain a company box truckÂ
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to specÂ
- Handle basic equipment maintenance and inspectionsÂ
- Manage materials and truck inventoryÂ
- Train and support crew membersÂ
Schedule
- Typical hours range: 10:00 AM – 2:00 AMÂ
- 50+ hours/week during peak seasonÂ
- Nights and weekend availability requiredÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license (clean record required)Â
- Experience operating equipment or working in construction/outdoor environmentsÂ
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in outdoor conditionsÂ
- Strong work ethic and attention to detailÂ
- Comfortable leading a team and making decisions on-siteÂ
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Commercial driving experienceÂ
- Striping, paving, or sealcoating experience (Will train on the job.)
