What you will do:Â
- Manage incoming calls from customersÂ
- Schedule and manage customer estimatesÂ
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work providedÂ
- Manage customer and technician schedulesÂ
- Renew and manage maintenance agreementsÂ
- Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and supportÂ
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performedÂ
- Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concernsÂ
Who you are:Â
- 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferredÂ
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle recordÂ
- Experience with MS Office products preferredÂ
- Experience with Service Titan preferredÂ
