Care Planning: Develop, implement, modify, and communicate resident assessments and care plans
Medication management: Oversee systems, ensure ide competence, and ensure safe and accurate medication handling
Supply management: Maintain an accurate inventory of care supplies and follow purchasing protocols
Quality assurance: Participate in the facility's QA Committee and ensure compliance with program requirements
Recordkeeping: Audit resident records regularly to ensure compliance with program requirements
