Position Overview We are seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to provide in-office services to a small caseload of children at our Ridgeland location. This full -time, flexible role is perfect for a clinician who values impact over volume and wants to grow within a supportive, trauma-informed environment. We are currently accepting applicants licensed in South Carolina in the following roles: Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Other master's level clinicians under supervision Key Responsibilities Provide individual therapy services to a small, dedicated caseload of youth Maintain in-office availability Complete timely documentation, treatment planning, and progress notes Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and Wright Directions staff to ensure continuity of care Participate in supervision and team support as needed Qualifications Active LPC-A, LMSW, or higher-level licensure in South Carolina Experience working with children and adolescents preferred Ability to provide services in-person at the Ridgeland office Dependable, flexible, and committed to trauma-informed, client-centered care Benefits Competitive hourly rate: based on experience and licensure; negotiable Flexible schedule with work-life balance Supportive clinical team and supervision opportunities Established office with all necessary clinical and administrative tools provided Equal Employment Opportunity Wright Direction Family Services  is committed to the principle of Equal Employment Opportunity for all employees and applicants.
