Conversion - Warehouse Associate Lead

Coordination role guiding the warehouse team with clear instructions ensures safety/security compliance and follows SOPs/WI. Monitors attendance and provides training and gives feedback via performance dialogues/Gemba Walks. Suggests process changes for approval to improve individual performance and operational consistency.
