 About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to support our construction and hauling operations throughout Pennsylvania. This role involves transporting heavy construction equipment, hauling spoils from job sites, and delivering aggregates such as stone, sand, and gravel. If you’re a safety‑focused driver who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment, this position is a strong match.
 Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport construction equipment (excavators, skid steers, loaders, etc.) using lowboy, flatbed, or similar trailers
- Haul spoils, dirt, debris, and construction materials from job sites
- Deliver stone, sand, gravel, and other aggregates to various project locations
- Perform accurate pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Secure loads using chains, binders, straps, and proper tie‑down procedures
- Navigate construction sites and uneven terrain with caution and professionalism
- Communicate with dispatch and site supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or issues
- Report mechanical concerns and assist with basic vehicle checks
  Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Clean driving record with 2 years of Class A experience
- Experience hauling construction equipment and/or aggregates
- Ability to operate dump trailers, lowboys, or flatbedsÂ
- Strong understanding of DOT and Pennsylvania hauling regulations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor job‑site conditions
- Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work independently
- Ability to safely operate construction equipment to independently load and unload equipment and or materials.
 Preferred Skills
- Experience with Pennsylvania construction sites and local quarries
- Familiarity with hauling spoils and aggregate delivery procedures
- Knowledge of tie‑down requirements for heavy equipment
- Experience with manual transmissionsÂ
- Strong communication and customer‑service mindset
