Delaware North operates Nova Guides and Camp Hale Weddings located in the Vail, Colorado area. The property features a main lodge with a restaurant and retail shop. • Lead all aspects of operations, including lodging, food and beverage, outdoor adventures, events, retail, sales and marketing, facilities, finance, and human resources.
• Champion a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement while developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive revenue growth and business performance through strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, tourism organizations, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Delaware North policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting daily operations.
• Operate company vehicles as needed to support business operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in hospitality or hotel management, including food service, lodging, and retail; preferably with experience in outdoor adventure and event management.
• Experience managing facilities maintenance and projects.
• A passion for the outdoors with familiarity of the safety standards, equipment maintenance, and emergency response practices essential in high-risk adventure settings is preferred 
• Ability to develop and maintain transparent, effective, and positive relationships with key stakeholders.
• A commitment to excellence in guest service.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, and team-building skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
