Job Title: On-Site Quality Contract Manager

Location: Rifle, CO 81650

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial and facility support operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with contract requirements.
• Conduct routine quality inspections, monitor staff performance, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational standards and customer satisfaction.
• Manage onsite personnel, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to workplace policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Government contract regulations, security protocols, and occupational health and safety standards at all times.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact during Government working hours and respond promptly to operational issues, emergencies, or client concerns when required.
