WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Refurbishment Technician, you’ll take aging fire apparatus and rescue vehicles and bring them back to life. Your work will include:

Diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing fire apparatus and emergency vehicles
Rebuilding and restoring components on automotive, medium- and heavy-duty trucks
Servicing Fire Division and EMS Division vehicles
Working with small gas engines and related equipment
Ensuring all completed work meets reliability, safety, and quality standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A self-starter with a steady, solutions-driven mindset
Experience with diesel engines (preferred)
Valid CDL-B with Air Brakes, or willingness to obtain within the first year
Knowledge of current repair and refurbishment practices for trucks and emergency vehicles
ASE and/or EVT certifications are a plus

HOURS & COMPENSATION
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Starting rate: $25–$35/hr, based on experience and certifications
