WHAT YOU'LL DO Diagnose and repair plumbing issues — leaks, clogs, water heaters, drains, and fixtures Install and maintain pipes, faucets, and water treatment systems Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards Communicate clearly with homeowners before and after every service call Complete service reports and maintain fully stocked truck inventory WHAT WE OFFER $5,000 sign-on bonus, after the completion of 90 days.  Truck provided + gas nightly No forced weekends Weekly pay + performance bonuses Medical, dental & vision 401(k) with company match Paid training + licensing help PTO, vacation & holiday pay Our kind of culture: Think Chucker Baseball outings, family company events, and a team that genuinely has your back.
