What You'll Do

  • Perform daily crane inspections and report any issues
  • Follow hand signals and communicate clearly with team members
  • Operate overhead crane to move steel cages, forms, and finished concrete products
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all loads are secure and handled safely
  • Work closely with production team to keep operations moving
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE

What You'll Need

  • Overhead crane experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
  • Ability to safely handle heavy materials
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to surroundings
  • Availability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
