What You'll Do

Perform daily crane inspections and report any issues
Follow hand signals and communicate clearly with team members
Operate overhead crane to move steel cages, forms, and finished concrete products
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Ensure all loads are secure and handled safely
Work closely with production team to keep operations moving
Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE

What You'll Need

Overhead crane experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
Ability to safely handle heavy materials
Strong safety awareness and attention to surroundings
Availability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team

Your Education

High School Diploma or GED required
