Entry-Level CNC Mill Operator

We are seeking an Entry-Level CNC Mill Operator to support production by operating CNC turning machines under supervision. This role is ideal for candidates with basic CNC training, vocational schooling, or limited shop experience who are eager to learn and grow in a metal manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mill machines following established programs and instructions
• Load and unload parts and raw materials
• Monitor machine operation and report issues to supervisors
• Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Assist with tool changes and basic machine setups as trained

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining or completion of a machining training program
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
• Willingness to learn machining processes and quality standards
• Good attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical school or vocational training in machining or manufacturing
• Some hands-on experience with CNC mills(internship, apprenticeship, or shop exposure)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50  lbs
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
