Alto Boynton Ridge is looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our Dietary Services team. Schedule:
- Full-Time | 2nd Shift, 12:00pm–8:00pm
- Days: 7:00am–7:00pm rotation
What You'll Do:
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, and properly store clean items
- Set up dining areas and assist with meal service to ensure residents receive meals in a timely manner
- Stock and organize food, supplies, and kitchen inventory
- Support the dietary team in delivering a positive dining experience for residents

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant is to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, assist the Cook as needed, and complete cleaning duties.
Areas of Responsibility
- Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils.
- Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.
- Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
- Help contribute to high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service.

Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must have an awareness of safety practices.
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
- The Community is a drug free workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred.
