Location: New Mexico
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are hiring a New Mexico-licensed mental health counselor to provide telehealth services to clients in a fully remote setting. This role offers the opportunity to support clients through professional online therapy while maintaining flexibility and consistency in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote counseling services to clients located in New Mexico
Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns
Maintain a secure, confidential, and professional telehealth environment
Use clinically appropriate interventions to support client progress

Must hold an active New Mexico license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Experience in mental health counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work
Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical and client-centered care
