What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of payroll operations, responsible for:

  • Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll with precision and confidentiality
  • Reviewing timesheets, mileage, and caregiver visit logs for accuracy
  • Managing payroll adjustments, deductions, and reimbursements
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor and tax regulations
  • Collaborating with HR and scheduling teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting audits when needed
  • Assisting with onboarding setup for payroll and benefits systems
  • Experience in payroll administration (healthcare or home health preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and basic accounting principles
  • Understanding of wage and hour laws (or willingness to learn quickly)
