Licensed Therapist (Hybrid – Telehealth and In-Person)

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Therapist to provide trauma-informed therapy services to foster and adoptive children and their families. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with a combination of telehealth and in-person services. The service area would be in the Jackson, Wood and surrounding areas.Â

What You’ll Do
Provide therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices
Deliver services via telehealth and in home/community settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners
Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and on-call rotation
Meet productivity expectations of approximately 18–20 billable hours per week
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Current licensure in West Virginia (LGSW, LICSW, LPC, or equivalent) or eligible
Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and families
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
Experience with foster care, adoption, or child welfare
Knowledge of WV Medicaid
Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based therapy
Work Setting
Hybrid position including:
Telehealth (remote) services
In-person services in homes and community settings
Travel within assigned service area
