MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to keep plant equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably in a heavy industrial environment.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs
Repair/rebuild crushers, screens & conveyor systems
Install & align bearings, belts, chains and rotating equipment
Troubleshoot hydraulic & pneumatic systems
Perform basic welding & torch cutting
Assist with equipment installation, rigging & plant outages
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
Background in mining, heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with welding & equipment alignment
Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
Safety-focused, dependable and able to work independently
High School Diploma/GED required
Technical training/certifications are a plus!

Work Environment

Must be comfortable working around heavy equipment and conveyors in hot, dusty and noisy industrial conditions, including heights and confined spaces. Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
