Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and reliability.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Background check may be required.
