Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems
- Perform service repairs, installations, and upgrades
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings and solutions
- Provide accurate estimates and explain pricing
- Work independently from a fully stocked service vehicle
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction on every job
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of residential electrical field experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism
- Clean driving record
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 3–5 years minimum hands-on residential electrical experience
Preferred (Not Required)
- Any relevant certifications or electrical licenses are a plus
- Generator installation and service experience is a plus
- Additional trade certifications are a plus
