The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior DevOps Software Engineer to support our MWIII Bridge program in Hanover, MD. This project involves developing and supporting Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the Intelligence Community (IC). This role encompasses a variety of tasks including program management, mission support, software integration, development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation, network and system monitoring, configuration control, and release management. This position offers career growth, skill development, job stability, and the chance to make a significant impact on national security efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize middleware tools for classification application validation.

  • Create and maintain C# libraries using vendor APIs.

  • Work within .NET ecosystem on Windows platforms.

  • Manage custom configurations with vendor tools.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines.

  • Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

  • Set up monitoring and logging.

  • Lead large-scale software development projects.

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time.

  • Communicate with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate effectively within the team.

  • Independently solve complex technical problems.

  • Ensure security compliance.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation.

  • Stay updated with industry trends.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • TS/SCI with polygraph

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering or a related field such as Computer Science is required. Alternatively, 4+ years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, provided the candidate has a total of 12 years of relevant experience.

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience is required.

  • 3+ years’ work experience in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required.


Desired:

  • Must have leadership skills and the ability to keep the project on point and within scope

  • The ability to direct development tasks: ensure the team adheres to schedule, achieves milestones and follows established processes and adheres to standard development practices

  • Must create and monitor issues reported to vendor

  • Must be very organized and pay close attention to detail

  • Ability to manage and direct SE and developers in support of effort and tool improvement

  • Must understand enterprise level application requirements. 

  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community Markings System (ICMS) Register and Manual, data security policies, and common data marking formats for classified environments

  • Expertise in .NET framework and C# development with proficiency in object-oriented programming principles

  • Experience with Titus Data classification products and the corporate Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solution, specifically attributes and authorization is a plus

  • Hands on experience with Microsoft PowerShell to create/maintain installation scripts

  • Ability to build and manage servers in AWS or MASH environments

  • Experience in use of Python/GitLab

  • Familiarity with multi-threaded applications and optimization techniques for complex processes and data structures

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
