Green Oasis is one of western Wisconsin and the Eastern Twin Cities Metro's premier full-service lawn care, irrigation, landscape and outdoor maintenance companies. We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to develop our landscape department and further a career in the Green industry as a Landscaping Team Member.

What are we looking for? A well-qualified candidate would possess the following traits and skills, but would be willing to train the right person:

General landscaping installation and maintenance experience or the desire to learn.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Operational experience with skid loaders, truck with trailer, laser level, various concrete saws, bed edger, sod cutter, vibrating plate compactor and other landscaping specific tools and equipment is preferred.
Familiar with snow removal and equipment.
Punctual and reliable with availability to work seasonal hours, which may require long days based on production schedule.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
