The Mission

As a CDL Route Driver - River Falls, you’ll keep our local customers stocked and satisfied—moving product safely and efficiently across River Falls and nearby communities. This role matters because dependable delivery and sharp service protect our customers’ shelves and our reputation.

Key responsibilities
- Operate a route truck on assigned local routes and follow federal requirements
- Complete required vehicle inspections and keep equipment in safe working order
- Load, secure, unload, and merchandise product at customer locations
- Use handheld tools to manage deliveries, invoices, and end-of-day paperwork
- Provide friendly, professional service and build strong customer relationships

Required qualifications/skills
- Valid Class A CDL (or Class B permit with upgrade to Class A within 30 days)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, twisting) and operate equipment
- Comfort with scanners/route software and basic paperwork

Your Route Rhythm

Your day kicks off early—Monday through Friday with a 4:00 AM start—at 2814 Prairie Drive in River Falls. You’ll get set up at the warehouse, head out on your local run, and make steady stops at convenience stores, gas stations, and grocery outlets across the area. Expect a fast, focused pace (about 40–50 hours/week) where each stop is a chance to leave a great impression, keep displays looking sharp, and wrap up the day with your documentation squared away before you head home.
