Responsible for developing and executing catering solutions to meet customer needs. Facilitates the delivery of prepared food created from an event-specific work orderÂ

Catering Manager Responsibilities: Â
Â
Manage staff to include selection, work allocation, training, coaching and mentoring, problem resolution, performance evaluation and feedback, and corrective action.Â
Deliver consistent quality in planning and execution of events.Â
Leverage established company solutions to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency within consumer driven offerings.Â
Manage catering team to ensure quality in final presentation of food.Â
Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.Â

Catering Manager Requirements: Â
Minimum of two years of food service or catering experience and prior experience in a management roleÂ
Strong communication and client management skillsÂ
Solid knowledge of financialsÂ
Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements (Food Service Manager)Â
