This is a part-time position for 12 hours a week. (1 full day onsite and 1/2 day remote).

Job description
- Prefer previous senior living experience.
- Supports and delivers the highest level of nutrition care to patients to meet the customer’s overall needs.
- Calculate nutritional needs, establish goals, and implement medical nutrition therapy for patients based on their overall nutritional status.
- Establish effective strategies to implement innovative programs which lead to optimal clinical nutrition and positive financial outcomes
- Comply with regulatory standards – both Federal and State and accrediting agencies adhering to confidentiality, HIPPA regulations, residents’ right policies and Joint Commission regulations.
- Collaborate with IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) to provide quality nutrition and culinary program
- Review menu cycle for nutrient analysis and diet consistencies
- Supports quality assurance initiatives in the kitchen
- Implement Health & Wellness initiatives
Qualifications
● 1-3 years of acute care or mental health and Registered Dietitian experience.
● Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
● Basic Functional Experience - Meets eligibility requirements for certification
as a Registered Dietitian
● Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
