About the Role:
Join i9 Sports SW Atlanta as a Soccer Coordinator for Youth Sports, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the athletic experiences of young athletes. This exciting position invites you to lead soccer programs that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development in a fun and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee youth soccer practices and games.
- Help coordinate schedules and field assignments.
- Develop and implement training sessions for coaches and players.
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents, coaches, and players.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
- Promote the soccer program through community outreach and marketing efforts.
- Assist in recruiting and training volunteer coaches and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in youth sports coaching or program management.
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and training methods.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for working with children and fostering a positive sports experience.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Background in sports management or related field is a plus.
