Do you want to be part of something bigger—something that helps the planet while building your career? Our recycling and reclamation plant is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated General Laborers to join our team!

As a General Laborer, you'll be a key part of our environmental mission, working with a team to sort, process, and prepare recyclable materials. You’ll help keep materials moving through the plant and ensure our facility stays clean, safe, and productive.

What You’ll Do

Sort and separate recyclables from conveyor belts
Load and unload trucks using forklifts (training available!)
Operate equipment like power washers
Maintain cleanliness of the yard and recycling receptacles
Move materials between production, storage, and shipping areas
Track inventory and label incoming/outgoing shipments
Stack bales, crates, and pallets in designated zones
Complete special projects and assist with documentation
Follow all health & safety guidelines
Work closely with a team to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for long hours
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Great communication and teamwork skills
Time management and ability to stay on task
