About the Opportunity: 

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Fabricator Level III responsible to manufacture precision parts needed in Malaga Fabrication Shop. Maintain, repair or alter conveyors, process equipment, structures, etc. using ironworkers, plate shears, plate roller, press brakes, hand drill, tig/arc welder grinders and hand tools.Whether you are a current GPG team member looking to grow your career or a professional seeking a rewarding opportunity in agriculture, this position offers the chance to contribute to one of the world’s largest carrot and organic vegetable grower, packer, and shippers. What You Will Need:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation of ironworkers, plate shears, plate roller, press brakes and hand tools, required.
• Knowledge of various material types and their uses, required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, required.
• Competency in utilizing instruments to measure flat pattern layouts, required.
• Strong math skills with fundamental understanding of geometry, required.
• Must have a strong safety awareness.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
