What You Will Need:

• Must have previous Supervisory experience. 
• Must have welding, fabrication and basic mechanical experience. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with all levels of employees. 
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. 
• Must be knowledgeable of company policies. 
• Must be trainable in area of safety and job duties. 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
• Must be willing to travel overnight and work weekends depending on business needs.  
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Total Rewards:            $18.00 - $20.00 / HOUR

• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
