Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bilingual Virtual Counter Agent - Counter Sales

• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and product selection.
• Provide exceptional customer service through virtual interactions via kiosk technology.
• Process sales transactions and customer orders using CSD.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate estimated arrival times for materials.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate order and billing information.
• Collaborate with store and yard teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver a seamless buying experience.
• Support customers in both English and Spanish to meet their building material needs

Qualifications

Bilingual Virtual Counter Agent - Counter Sales

We require:

• Well spoken, Bilingual skills a must (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Familiarity of building supplies.
• Experience in sales of building materials and millwork preferred.
• Experience with CSD and CRM is a plus.
• Strong mathematical, language, computer and email skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Overview

Bilingual Virtual Counter Agent - Counter Sales

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $24.00 - $27.00. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
