This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that the warehouse meets its productivity goals while maintaining high safety and inventory standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Operations: Manage daily warehouse productivity, staffing, and inventory levels. Safety First: Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and conduct daily safety checks. Team Leadership: Coach and guide supervisors, fostering a collaborative team environment. Budget Management: Monitor labor hours and control overtime to stay within budget. Customer Service: Drive improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. What You Bring: Experience: 4+ years in warehouse operations or 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role. Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead teams. Problem-Solving: Strong judgment and decision-making skills. Multi-Tasking: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Customer Focus: Excellent communication and service skills. Driver’s License: Clean DMV record  Physical Demands: Regular use of phone, computer, and other communication devices. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching. Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment to move pallets over 2000 lbs.
