This is not a back-office role. Associates are entrusted with meaningful work immediately—taking depositions, arguing motions, managing their own dockets, and preparing cases for trial alongside some of the most respected trial attorneys in the state.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for driven litigators who want to accelerate their development. You will gain hands-on experience from day one, with direct mentorship and exposure that many firms delay for years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a docket of employment law cases from intake through trial
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial briefs
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Appear in court for hearings and motion practice
  • Work directly with clients and contribute to case strategy
  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
  • Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair when applicable

  • Base Salary + Performance Commissions: Up to 5.5%
