Job Summary

We take on the largest, most complex mass excavation projects from San Diego to LA. We’re seeking an exceptional foreman with mass excavation and leadership experience to lead our projects. If you love earthmoving, are tired of dealing with old equipment, have a positive attitude, and love making an impact in your community, LB3 may be right for you.

You're Good At

• Reading plans and specs and managing operations accordingly.
• Leading, training, and communicating with others.
• Handling field paperwork in a concise and prompt manner.
• Knowing when you should and shouldn’t ask for help from senior management.
• Going above and beyond however you can for the customer.
• Living a drug-free life (must pass pre-employment drug screen) with a clean driving record.
