Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors. Empty trash cans  Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust. Remove graffiti when needed. Special projects - Deep cleaning Qualifications Experience & Education: High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required. Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected. Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Skills: Technical: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers. Soft Skills: Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required.
