Job Description

  

· Managing and overseeing daily operations within the department.

· Meeting customer and company KPI’s and SLA’s.

· Facilitating effective problem solving and root cause analysis as needed.

· Training, monitoring, evaluating, supervising, and disciplining employees based on goals and duties.

· Verifying employee time/payroll information and authorizing OT if needed.

· Managing department workforce, reinforcing company policy and procedures and establishing and maintaining a healthy workforce.

· Showing initiative and making suggestions for improving processes.

· Assisting with planning and budget process.

· Working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks with complex deadlines.

· Communicating with customers, vendors and employees.

· Overseeing shipping and receiving operations.

· Ensuring that all customer IRG requirements are met.

· Able to make quick and precise decisions.

Requirements

  Must meet the following requirements:

  • High SKU management experience
  • High-volume processing expertise
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with automation
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes
  • Lean Six Sigma credentials or background
