Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

Part-time employees (30 hours a week or less)

Wage rate - $15.49 to $18.00

NJ Sick Leave - You accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.

Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals

Full-time employees (32 hours a week or more)

Wage rate - $15.49 to $19.00

NJ Sick Leave - You accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.

Eligible for medical, dental and health insurance

Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals
